Most importantly, Anne is trustworthy and kind. To say she helped me buy a home would be misleading: she executed virtually every aspect of the purchasing process with minimal effort on my part. Anne introduced me to my lender, insurance agent, and home inspector (these were not commissioned referrals, I just didn't know where to begin). She responds immediately to all inquiries to such a degree that I felt guilty for asking because I know she will drop everything to answer and was able to answer every question I asked. Arguably as importantly (it's up to you), Anne did not hard sell me on anything or anyone. I am thoroughly cynical and jaded, but I never doubted her sincerity during the purchasing process, nor do I have reason to doubt it now.
