The Annie K Team is looking for a driven, licensed real estate agent ready to thrive in a structured, high-support environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist buyers in searching for and viewing properties that meet their needs.
  • Conduct property tours, open houses, and show properties for inspections.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through follow-ups and consistent communication.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting offers, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents.
  • Provide clients with market insights and comparative market analyses (CMAs).
  • Collaborate with team lead to develop prospecting and lead-generation strategies.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and property listings.
  • Stay updated with real estate trends, laws, and best practices.
  • Maintain CRM records, manage client databases, and schedule appointments.
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed.
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active Montana Real Estate License
  • 2 years of real estate or a background in sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A background with attention to detail and long/unconventional hours
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to the job
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using social media and basic editing tools
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for real estate
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings and meetings
  • Clear weekend availability expectations
